A third-year medical student who mentors pre-med undergraduates through AltaMed's Health Careers Opportunity Program: MCAT prep, applications, suturing workshops. He helped establish free health clinics serving South Los Angeles, and still mentors Gamma pre-meds at UCLA, where his own path began.

He tutors students in East Palo Alto every week and is working toward a Master's in Structural Engineering.

A swim coach and YMCA camp leader who worked roughly sixty hours a week this past summer, he intends to teach high school PE and coach at his old high school's pool.

He organized an aguas frescas fundraiser end to end, securing the sponsor and handing out flyers across campus, and wants to prepare first-generation students for the internships and technical interviews nobody explained to him.
